We are a small yet highly skilled team that take pride in our work and take care when working in your home and garden.
Oliver Jackson
Founder
Oliver Jackson has been building garden rooms since 2016. With a background in corporate responsibility, Oliver decided to make a career change and utilise his building skills whilst remaining focused on sustainability. He trained at the Building Crafts College in London before setting up as self employed joiner, taking on a range of projects from office fit outs and bespoke kitchens to building a modern house boat. Clients have included Brompton Bikes, Human After All Studio, Homemilk, Word Store, Modern Canal Boat and many more.
As the demand for garden rooms grew this became his sole focus which led to the establishment of Oliver Jackson Design and Build. Oliver is very much involved in the design and build process being on site most days doing what he loves.
Kieran
Kieran joined the team after shifting his focus into full time construction. He brings with him years of experience within the fields of design and architecture, an interest in how theory and ideas become reality, and how things are put together.
Always willing to get stuck in — if there is a trench to dig, he’ll be the first one to pick up a spade!
Wider team
We also work along side like minded people to enable completion of our projects. Each one offering excellent construction skills and diverse backgrounds, from industrial design, carpentry, furniture design and more.
For technical resources such as electrical installation and structural engineering we have preferred providers who understand the needs and required quality of what we put our name to.
We like to support local business and wherever possible use small suppliers from the surrounding areas.
